The ability to collect member feedback and key insights is vital to membership organizations and CFA Institute is committed to preserving and protecting this ability.
We highly value our members time and the contributions we ask of them.
In support of improving the member experience and the feedback we collect, CFA Institute is reviewing the number of survey requests made to members and the time required to respond to each request.
The aim of the review is to update our data gathering approaches and tools and ensure CFA Institute is aligned with GDPR and other legal requirements.
It has been agreed that this year’s member satisfaction survey will be significantly scaled back. The survey, which will be distributed to members the week of 13 May, will primarily focus on the collection of key strategic organizational performance metrics. CFA Institute will work with societies to evaluate longer-term needs related to the member survey and develop recommendations for a future approach to member surveys.
