In spite of the enormous challenges of the past year, our global CFA Society network delivered ongoing, innovative programming and inspiring initiatives to their members and communities. We are enormously proud and impressed that our global community continued to thrive in a virtual format for much of the year.
To highlight and leverage the best ideas—both live and virtual—that have taken place from 1 March 2020 to 29 February 2021, we are pleased to announce the opening of the 2021 Society Awards Programme. Please help us recognize the outstanding achievements, and dedication of your society and volunteers by submitting your applications starting Wednesday, 6 January 2021.
Per last year, round one consists of a short, streamlined application in which societies provide an overview of their submissions. These responses will be evaluated, and the top submissions will be notified to move on to the second round where finalists will complete a more robust application. Panelists evaluating applications will be asked to take into consideration the limitations presented by the pandemic when evaluating and comparing initiatives.
Round 1 applications due – 3 March 2021
All category finalists are notified – 2 April 2021
Round 2 applications due – 26 April 2021
