As the Career Center continues to mature and employers are increasingly utilizing this resource to recruit top talent, we believe it is the opportune time to increase job posting fees in 2023.

After consulting with our vendor, Wiley, we will increase current job posting fees by 10% on 19 January 2023. The site will transition from the current set of three regional rate pages to one page featuring a global set of job posting fees.

After pausing an increase to job posting fees in 2020, we are moving forward with an increase for the following reasons:

• Employers are increasingly looking to hire talent as new roles are created and to keep up with attrition.
• We continue to provide the opportunity to connect with top talent via our job posting service as well as the ability to access our job seeker database.
• Our pricing structure has remained the same for several years and has not kept pace with inflation.

Important items for collaborating societies to note:

• CFA Institute will notify all current employers of the fee increase the week beginning 9 January to provide the opportunity to purchase a bulk package of job postings prior to the increase.
• Existing society discount codes will expire on 19 January, unless the expiration date is sooner, and new codes can be created after the price increase becomes effective.
