As we move toward our 2022–2023 retention goals, we would like to ask for each society’s help reaching out to members who lapsed after 31 August 2022.

If you would like to participate, we are requesting that your society contact lapsed members between 1 November and 11 November via the channel that works best for your society and your members (email, social media, phone, etc.). We have developed additional materials, including suggested email copy and new, ready-to-use creative assets, along with customizable templates for those who wish to use them. Access the toolkit now.
Your efforts would complement CFA Institute’s plans to send a global email to all lapsed members the week of 14 November, which follows the physical letter being delivered to nonrenewed members in the coming days.
A report of members who lapsed after 31 August 2022 is available in the Salesforce Membership Reports folder (Lapsed - 2022 Member Year), as well as in the Marketing Cloud reports folder (Email - Lapsed Members for MY22) for use with Marketing Cloud emails.
