In partnership with Society Relations, Marketing and Customer Experience has built upon the CFA Institute charterholder welcome experience to support how new charterholders are welcomed to their local association and global profession.
The goals for the campaign are to create a comprehensive welcome experience that encourages new charterholders to 1) think behaviorally as members of an association and 2) make better use of their society and member benefits.
To build a consistent new charterholder welcome experience between CFA Institute and your society, we encourage you to use the updated marketing resources. To provide year-over-year continuity, the assets apply the same look and feel as the FY20 experience but are intended to be evergreen to help you welcome your new charterholders throughout the year. The branding and tone are aligned with the CFA Institute welcome experience, and the resources can be customized to fit your society’s needs.
In addition to offering the Word templates, InDesign files, HTML emails, and Marketing Cloud email templates we provided last year, we are excited to add the following assets:
- a pre-recorded video message from Marg Franklin, CFA, president and CEO of CFA Institute, congratulating new charterholders
- an online form for your society to request presentation-size certificates for charter recognition events
- a speech template that a society leader can adjust to address new charterholders
- an easy-to-reference toolkit that guides your society through the available materials
