In compliance with GDPR and laws governing marketing communications, a new communications preference center will be released to members in early 2019.
This has been designed with our members’ needs in mind and follows industry-wide best practices.
Anyone with a CFA Institute account will be able to update their account preferences with opt-in and opt-out options for marketing newsletters and communication types from CFA Institute. The enhanced preference center will also provide members with the opportunity to select topics of interest; enabling CFA Institute to tailor each members’ Selections newsletter to their individual preferences.
All transactional communications (program registration, exam tickets, member renewal, etc.) will not be a part of the preference center, as those communications are necessary to do business.
