The Society Satisfaction Survey is conducted annually to gather feedback from societies on their overall satisfaction with CFA Institute support.
Traditionally we have asked their assessment of internal functional teams and to prioritize and evaluate our support of an extensive list of possible goals or activities they or CFA Institute might engage in. As previously reported, this year we delivered a shortened, streamlined survey focused on evaluating progress against Societies 2.0 objectives and assessing key aspects of our relationship.
The results of the 2019 Satisfaction Survey provide valuable insights into where additional work is needed and where our resources should be directed. The relationship between societies and CFA Institute remains strong, with 87% of societies rating our overall partnership a 4 or 5 on a 5 point scale. Other measures of our support also remain strong, though down slightly from 2018, which saw historical highs. We are in a period of significant change and there is plenty of work still to do to ensure societies feel adequately prepared and supported, so it is not surprising that some uncertainties exist. The FY20 Societies 2.0 Roadmap seeks to address many of the gaps identified in the survey.
Our regional teams will be analyzing the results in more detail and your relationship manager will be connecting with you directly.
