Randi Tolber, CFA, is Managing Director of Global Society Relations at CFA Institute. Her team manages relationships with over 150 CFA Societies located in more than 90 countries around the world.
Society Relations provides governance, business, and volunteer management consulting services to CFA Societies. The team connects Society boards and professional staff with the resources, training, funding and other support services that CFA Institute provides to help Societies deliver value to their members and promote market integrity in their local investment communities.
Before joining CFA Institute in 2012, Randi was a private wealth and institutional portfolio manager with a Wells Fargo predecessor and Northern Trust Bank, and managed investment management teams in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Palm Beach in Florida. She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Auburn University, Alabama, and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, Florida. She earned her CFA charter in 1990. Randi is a former board member of both CFA Society South Florida and CFA Society Miami, and a current member of CFA Societies New York and Virginia.
Randi spent most of her life in Florida but moved to Charlottesville with her family, including her twin sons, in the mid-2000’s. Randi enjoys cycling, yoga, horseback riding, scuba diving, and traveling for both work and pleasure.
